Why Can't Mariah Carey Chart in the Hot 100 anymore?

Mariah made her comeback this season with her 15th studio album 'Caution', which peaked at #5 on the Billboard Hot 200. However, non of the songs Mariah released as promotional or regular singles managed to crack into the Hot 100. Mariah released a total of 4 singles, 3 promotional, 'With you', 'GTFO', 'The Distance' and 'A No No'. The first promo single, 'GTFO', was on a Thursday, a day before the official start of the tracking week, hence, despite its great opening day, it failed to have an impact. The lead single, 'With you', released a month later, albeit has the required sales and radio impressions to chart, it has a problem with streams. Actually, it outsells nearly every single from 100-75 but has failed to chart because of its poor streaming perfromance. It has been a hit in many R&B and radio charts however. The other singles werent that lucky. So we have to blame, streaming (and fans who dont steam enough), promotion (cause Mimi didnt really stick to a song and promoted it) and her years (29 years of career pretty much gave an idea to people of your work so they really dont have anything different to expect)
